The Art of Crafting a Magnetic Online Dating Profile

In the digital realm of love, the first impression is often the only chance to capture attention. Patricia Fuqua underscores the importance of a masterfully crafted, online dating profile, that resonates with slices of life, values, and fun. It's about creating a narrative that doesn't just list attributes but paints a compelling picture of one's life.

"So when I have clients that I want to put on the, online dating apps, I have a strategy and a plan in place before they even open up the account."

A critical component of Patricia's strategy is the inclusion of a call to action within the profile. This call to action call serves as a beacon, singling out those potentially aligned with her client’s lifestyle and ethos. It's more than a mere invitation; it's a sieve that filters out ambiguity, leaving only the earnest suitors who are genuinely intrigued and willing to engage.

Embracing The Feminine Energy in Online Dating

Whilst in the corporate world, many career-driven women pivot into their masculine energy—seeking, striving, commanding. Patricia points out that the dance of dating, however, invites women over 40 to step back into their, feminine energy, becoming the alluring presence that beckons a suitor forward.

"The idea is to present herself with hair, makeup, clothes, everything on point. [...] And I help them with that. So it's style update, right. For dating."

The transition is subtle yet potent. It's the softening of the pursuit, allowing oneself to be pursued while setting the stage with poise and confidence. Patricia teaches her clients to not just be a participant in the dating world but rather the center of gravity that draws a partner in eliminating loneliness.

Eliminate loneliness: A Dating Strategy

Patricia distills the essence of a successful, online dating strategy, into three core steps: mindset, vision, and method. Each woman's journey laid out like stepping stones across a river, with love awaiting on the other side.

"And so that's why I urge them to meet them in the flesh, so to speak, and always in a safe place in public, because they are still strangers."

The strategy extends beyond the mere mechanics of dating—it’s a transformative process emphasizing self-awareness and confidence. Women learn to interpret the energy of their dates, moving stepwise with intention, from the initial online conversation to the strategic decision-making of the first face-to-face encounter. Sensing a match or discerning a mismatch are equally celebrated outcomes—each one a vital lesson learned on the path to love.

Overcoming Trauma with Epigenetics: The Power of Coherence

In an intriguing journey into the quantum realm, Doctor Katelyn Lehman shares her profound insights into how we can navigate trauma, using epigenetics as a framework for healing.  As we embrace, preventative care, that harmonizes our entire being. Her knowledge spotlights epigenetics, not merely as a biological factor but as a transformative tool capable of rewriting our health destiny.

The interplay between mind, body, spirit, and soul has long fascinated humanity, and the quest for holistic well-being continues to evolve.

Exploring the Heart of Healing: Coherence and Epigenetics

The heart is often revered as the emotional center, yet Doctor Lehman elevates it as pivotal to our physiological and epigenetic healing. Coherence, a tranquil state birthed through mindfulness and meditation, converges energy to the heart, sparking beneficial shifts in the body's natural rhythms.

"... a state of coherence... facilitates a cascading effect of... 5,000 biomarkers in the body... It's the opposite physiological state from stress."

Lehman explicates how stepping into coherence not only soothes the mind but also unfurls the DNA strands, allowing transformation at a genetic level. This aligns splendidly with the notion that nurturing a life-affirming emotion can dynamically alternate our genetic narrative.

"...what trauma does, what the experience of adversity, stress, trauma does to our body mind, is it we hold tension in the body."

Lehman's clarity in discussing coherence not only paves a path to liberating tension but reshapes our understanding of how profound internal emotional states influence our biological existence.

Preventative Care: More Than Floatation Therapy

Doctor Lehman delineates an advanced model of, preventative care, that transcends traditional medication or therapy. This holistic model doesn't just alleviate symptoms; it endeavors to rewiring the stress responses embedded within our nervous systems.

"... we're all so bombarded these days with messages... So there's a lot going on in modern culture... And the idea is that we give people a space, a space where they're kind of removed from some of that external sensory input."

Here, the emphasis on creating a nurturing environment, conducive to easing the mind and body, lays the groundwork for long-term well-being rather than temporary relief.

The jewel of this model is the innovative blend of biofeedback and sound frequencies alongside, flotation therapy, facilitating a profound inner silence. By crafting experiences where one can "begin the process, the journey inward," Lehman offers a rebirth into serenity and health.

Epigenetics: Embracing the Quantum Mindset

At the heart of Doctor Lehman's philosophy is the, quantum mindset, - grasping the innate connection between us and an intelligent, infinitely unifying energy field. She invites us to dissolve the illusion of separation between mind, body, and the cosmos, revealing the broader impacts of such an integrated view on, personal transformation.

"Biology is the feedback mechanism through which the universe is learning about itself."

This poetic view transcends science and spirituality, suggesting that our very existence is intertwined with the cosmos. As we learn to harmonize our frequencies with this, unified field, we not only unearth intra-psychic peace but participate in the symphony of the universe's expansive evolution.

In embracing this, quantum mindset, one that Lehman warmly shares, we're urged to not only heal trauma but also to expand our consciousness to effectuate change across the tapestry of life - a narrative that epigenetics magnificently unfolds.

Coherence and Epigenetics

The valorous leap into the quantum clinic environment is a beacon for those seeking to transform - not only to heal trauma but to enrich the very essence of their existence. Doctor Lehman's practice at Quantum Clinic serves as a nexus where science and spirituality converge, yielding a novel paradigm for health that resonates with the ancient wisdom now vindicated by contemporary research.

Her journey maps out a stellar template, encouraging each of us to trod the shimmering path of coherence, harness the heart's inherent wisdom, and ultimately, metamorphosize by syncing with the universe's heartbeat. It's not a mere meditational passage; it's an odyssey of self-realization, a potent blend of technology and transcendence that promises a brighter, balanced future.

The beauty of Doctor Lehman's insights lies not in a finite conclusion but in an open invitation. It's an invite to delve into the quantum field, reconceptualize your being, and awaken to the boundless potential that coherence and harmony with our universe offers to every willing spirit. Such is the vibrant and evocative narrative of healing and transformation that epigenetics and preventive care graciously extend to us all.

Palliative Care: Reducing Suffering for Patients and Families

Palliative care, is a specialized field of medicine that focuses on providing symptom-focused care for individuals with serious illnesses and their families. Contrary to popular belief, palliative care, is not limited to end-of-life care or hospice. It is a holistic approach that aims to reduce suffering by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Dr. Delia Chiaramonte, a board-certified physician specializing in family medicine, palliative medicine, and integrative holistic medicine, emphasizes the importance of understanding what palliative care truly entails. She explains that, palliative care, is appropriate for anyone with a serious illness, even if they are still seeking a cure. The focus is on reducing suffering, managing symptoms, providing coping strategies, and assisting with medical decision-making.

Palliative Care Myths Debunked

Myth 1: Palliative Care is Only for End-of-Life Care

One of the most common misconceptions about, palliative care, is that it is synonymous with end-of-life care or hospice. This misunderstanding often leads to delayed or inadequate support for patients and their families. This care, can be beneficial at any stage of a serious illness, including when curative treatments are still being pursued.

Dr. Chiarmonte emphasizes the importance of seeking palliative care early, especially when patients are experiencing symptoms that impact their quality of life. The care team can help manage pain, nausea, anxiety, and other distressing symptoms, allowing patients to focus on their overall well-being.

[caption id="attachment_9478" align="alignnone" width="275"]Transform Your Mind spotify Transform Your Mind spotify[/caption]

Myth 2: Palliative Care Means Stopping Treatment

Another common myth is that seeking, palliative care, means giving up on curative treatments. However, this can be provided alongside curative treatments. It is not about stopping treatment but rather about enhancing the patient's overall care and well-being.

Dr. Chiarmonte explains that, palliative care doctors, work as part of the care team, collaborating with other specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. They focus on reducing suffering and improving the patient's quality of life, whether curative treatments are ongoing or not.

Myth 3: Palliative Care is Limited to Medical Professionals

Many people believe that palliative care is solely the responsibility of medical professionals. However, palliative care is a team effort that includes not only doctors but also nurses, social workers, therapists, and even family members. The patient and their loved ones are considered part of the care team, and their input and involvement are crucial.

Dr. Chiaramonte emphasizes the importance of family involvement in palliative care. Family members play a vital role in providing support and care for their loved ones. Setting boundaries and seeking help when needed are essential for preventing caregiver burnout and ensuring the well-being of both the patient and the caregiver.

The Importance of Tough Conversations

One of the challenges faced by families dealing with serious illnesses is having tough conversations. Dr. Chiaramonte acknowledges that these conversations can be difficult but stresses the importance of open and honest communication.

She advises families to create a safe space for discussing the realities of the illness and the potential outcomes. It is essential to validate the patient's feelings and fears while also providing support and hope. By acknowledging the difficult emotions and discussing them openly, families can come together and make informed decisions about the patient's care.

Dr. Chiaramonte encourages families to pray for a cure while also preparing for the possibility that curative treatments may not be effective. Palliative care, can help manage symptoms and improve the patient's quality of life, allowing them to focus on what is most important to them, such as spending time with loved ones or engaging in meaningful activities.

By debunking common myths and misconceptions, Dr. Delia Chiaramonte highlights the importance of early and holistic support. Palliative care focuses on reducing suffering, managing symptoms, and providing emotional and spiritual support, regardless of the stage of the illness.

Understanding the role of care and seeking help early can significantly improve the well-being of both patients and their families. By walking alongside their loved ones on their journey, setting boundaries, and seeking support, caregivers can provide effective care without losing themselves in the process.

It is not about giving up; it is about enhancing the overall care and well-being of patients and their families. By embracing palliative care as part of the care team, families can navigate the challenges of serious illness with compassion, understanding, and hope.

Host Myrna Young is joined by guest Shelly Lefkoe to discuss how to stop negative self-talk which stems from our, limiting beliefs, at its source. Shelly shares her personal experience with unwanted behavior and emotional patterns and explains how, limiting beliefs, shape our behavior and emotions. She introduces the Lefkoe Method, a process for identifying and changing hidden beliefs that impact our lives. By understanding the meaning we give to events and eliminating negative beliefs, we can transform our, negative self-talk, and create lasting change.

Key Takeaways on Eliminating Limiting Beliefs

  • The Roots of Self-Talk: Negative self-talk, stems from deep-seated beliefs, often formed in childhood, that color our view of ourselves and the world.

  • The Power of Belief Elimination: Identifying and dismantling, limiting beliefs, can significantly change behavior patterns and emotional responses, leading to profound transformation.

  • Event Interpretation's Illusion: An event by itself holds no inherent meaning; the meaning we apply is a subjective interpretation often driven by underlying beliefs.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GsXbuz2zA_A&t=1586s

The Genesis of Negative Self-Talk

Negative self-talk, is the internalized voice that criticizes and undermines our actions and choices. According to Shelly Lefkoe, this self-sabotaging dialogue originates from our, limiting beliefs—statements about reality we consider the absolute truth. These beliefs usually develop during childhood as we interact with our environment and authority figures.

"So we always say it isn't what happens to you that screws you up, it's what you conclude about it."

Lefkoe suggests that even minor comments or actions by parents can shape significant beliefs about one's self-worth and capability. A parent’s disapproval or inability to provide affection might lead a child to believe they are not good enough or not lovable, thereby setting the stage for a lifetime of, negative self-talk, based on these erroneous self-conceptions.

What becomes evident is the profound impact of seemingly trivial moments early in life which necessitate a shift in how parents approach their interactions with their children. Patterns observed in adults can often be traced back to these primal beliefs solidified in the subconscious of the young.

Eradicating Limiting Beliefs

Shelly Lefko's Lefkoe Method aims to dismantle destructive beliefs by tracing them back to their source. This involves exploring various possible interpretations of past events rather than sticking with the initial negative conclusion we might have drawn.

"Anything you can see has a color, shape, and location. You cannot see 'I'm not good enough'. You can see your father saying, 'you're stupid'... I made that up."

With guidance, individuals can understand that what they believed to be hardwired truths about themselves were actually malleable opinions. By exposing the baselessness of such beliefs, people can rid themselves of the, negative self-talk, that stems from them.

Lefkoe's assertion that beliefs cemented in childhood do not necessarily reflect current reality encourages individuals to reassess and redefine their self-identity. It brings hope and empowerment to those who may feel shackled by their past experiences and perceived deficiencies. The Lefkoe Method thus provides a means to reclaim one's life narrative and author a more fulfilling future.

Beyond Interpretation: Embracing Objectivity

A critical aspect of transforming self-talk is understanding the nature of events and their lack of inherent meaning. Lefkoe emphasizes that the narratives we construct around incidents are purely our fabrications and that events by themselves are meaningless.

"If meaning is inside your head, do events have inherent meaning?"

By asking this question, Lefkoe compels us to realize that our emotional responses and subsequent, negative self-talk, are products of the meanings we attribute to events rather than the events per se. A paradigm shift occurs when one grasps that the ability to control one’s emotional responses lies in controlling the interpretations we make, thereby not allowing them to influence our self-perception negatively.

This knowledge can revolutionize relationships and self-belief as it dissociates one's intrinsic value from the actions of others or external circumstances. Internalizing the concept that meaning is a construct can lead to a remarkable decrease in negative self-talk and enhance one's emotional well-being.

Synthesizing the conversation with Shelly Lefkoe reveals that the journey of personal growth hinges on recognizing, challenging, and rectifying the foundational beliefs shaping our self-talk and behaviors. By confronting the roots of, negative self-talk, and, limiting beliefs, individuals can disarm the ties to past inconsistencies and re-affirm their self-worth devoid of fictitious constraints.

Whether it’s reprogramming the narrative constructed from a tender age or resisting the urge to infer unwarranted meaning from life’s myriad events, the path to self-transformation is illuminated with clarity and empowerment. Martinez's remarkable journey from a devastating injury to a triumphant victory on "Dancing with the Stars" is a testament to human resilience. • Gratitude and focusing on the micro aspects of life can transform one’s perspective and foster resilience, overcoming adversity.

  • Embracing vulnerability allows for personal growth and is an essential component for triumphing in unknown territories.

  • Seeking out and stepping through the metaphorical ‘cracked doors’ of opportunity can lead to unanticipated, life-changing paths.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14As7dsp75U&t=584s

Overcoming Adversity: The Foundations of Resilience

Resilience is not an innate attribute one is born with; it is a trait that is meticulously developed over time through life experiences. J.R. Martinez's early years were marked by frequent relocation and witnessing domestic abuse, which laid the foundational stones of his resilient character. His reflections with Myrna emphasize the vital role those years played in equipping him to face the dire circumstances he later encountered in Iraq. His message is clear: our past forms the crux of our survival instinct.

"...you can't start my story at the age of 19... you're dismissing all of the things that have shaped me..."J.R. Martinez

Martinez underscores the necessity of practicing resilience through exercises in adaptability and mental fortitude. This early life training taught him to value what he had over what he desired, a lesson bestowed upon him by his mother's transparency regarding their financial constraints. It is these assets of character, woven over the fabric of 19 years, that empowered Martinez to persevere through the life-altering injuries he sustained.

Vulnerability: The Power in 'Not Knowing' in Overcoming Adversity

The conversation delves into the concept of vulnerability, particularly in relation to growth and success. Martinez's time on "Dancing with the Stars" exemplifies vulnerability, as he had to concede the leading role to his professional dance partner and trust in her expertise. It's a potent metaphor for life - sometimes one must follow to find a new path forward.

"You have to be vulnerable... You also have to be willing to be vulnerable on the show." J.R. Martinez

This vulnerability also extends to interpersonal dynamics. By willingly entering the room of a fellow burn victim, bearing the still-fresh scars of his own injury, Martinez opened a space for mutual healing. Surrendering to the unknown prospects life presents - be it recovery, a dance competition, or a new career - requires one to embrace vulnerability. It is through this exposure that J.R. Martinez was able to reclaim his identity and, overcoming adversity, by showing the world that he is not defined by his scars.

Overcoming Adversity:  Doors of Opportunity

J.R. Martinez speaks of the 'cracked doors' - opportunities that present themselves, sometimes in the most unexpected ways. You are capable: Replace Self-Doubt with Self-Confidence

The human mind is a powerful tool capable of incredible feats when harnessed correctly. However, many of us underestimate our own abilities, allowing self-doubt and fear to hold us back. It's time to challenge those limited beliefs and transform your mindset. You can achieve more than you ever thought possible. Be confident because, you are capable.

As Coach Myrna shares, "The Bible says that the Lord has equipped us with everything we need to do what we're here to do on this Earth." We are preloaded with the necessary energy, personality, and intelligence. We just need to tap into our capabilities and believe in ourselves. Replace self-doubt with self-confidence and watch how your mindset transforms.

You are capable: Do it until you achieve perfection

I was listening to an interview a few weeks back with John Lee Dumas the host of Entrepreneurs on Fire and he said that he decided to host a podcast for entrepreneurs every single day because he was a new entrepreneur and when he looked at podcasting there was none in that space.  He didn't know anything about podcasting, he didn't know anything about interviewing,  but he decided that he was going to get on the mic every single day and talk about entrepreneurship.

He said that it took him over 400 episodes until he started to do better interviews, but you know what at the 200 episode when he looked at it and said. I'm not terribly good.  Did he stop?  No because practice makes perfect.  YOu are capable of doing anything,  even if you don't do it well at first.  Statistics show that you need 10,000 hours of practice to become perfect in anything.  You need to do it until you achieve perfection, because practice makes perfect.

Embrace a Growth Mindset

Psychologist Carol Dweck popularized the concept of a growth mindset. It is the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work. Instead of thinking that something is hard and you can't do it, be willing to learn as you go and do what is necessary to succeed.

Coach Myrna shares her personal journey of going from selling office supplies to becoming a life coach, author, and podcaster. She never doubted her capabilities. She believed she was preloaded with everything she needed and that everything else could be learned. Success is formed through practice and perseverance. Embrace a growth mindset and be open to learning and growing.

You are capable: Challenge Your Limited Beliefs

Our beliefs shape how we show up in the world. Sometimes, we need to rewrite the script and challenge our limiting beliefs. We all have beliefs about ourselves and our capabilities that may not serve us well. These limited beliefs often stem from past experiences, societal expectations, or negative self-talk.

Coach Myrna encourages us to identify these beliefs and challenge them. Are they based on facts or simply assumptions we've accepted over time? Replace them with empowering beliefs that align with your goals and aspirations.

As the scripture says, "I can do all things through God who strengthens me."

Challenge your limited beliefs and unlock your full potential.

Cultivate Resilience

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and adapt to change. Building resilience requires facing challenges head-on, learning from failures, and maintaining a positive outlook. Setbacks are not failures but valuable lessons that can help you grow stronger and wiser.

Coach Myrna reminds us to cultivate resilience and view setbacks as opportunities for growth. By developing resilience, you can approach challenges with greater confidence and bounce back stronger than ever. Remember, practice makes perfect, and resilience is a key ingredient in achieving greatness.

You are capable: Surround Yourself with Positivity

The company you keep plays a significant role in shaping your mindset. Surround yourself with supportive, positive people who believe in your abilities and encourage you to pursue your dreams. Their optimism and encouragement can be a powerful source of motivation and inspiration.

Coach Myrna shares the story of Pastor Jamal Bryant, who was encouraged by a senior pastor who told him, "You are capable." This simple statement transformed his mindset and gave him the motivation to continue his work. Surrounding yourself with positivity can have a profound impact on your mindset and belief in your capabilities.
